Fandom is dead?

What am I going to do? Geek some more? haha.

KT-TUN is no KAT-TUN
I actually heard less about the solo concerts than KT-TUN remaining group member activities. How is that even possible? Besides that… it’s much like Jin’s first hiatus, it just doesn’t feel complete. How can people even speak of “omfg they’re going to break up” if you know he’s done this before and came back. I must admit, he wasn’t the same person anymore. Truth be said, they pushed Kame to the front the past year or so for “unknown reasons”.

NEWS, where is NEWS?
Sakura Girl just passed without notice and I have no idea why. Can’t be the songs, because the songs are like they always were “bubbly pop average”. Even “Happy Birthday” had a better PV. I kept being amused at the cat drawing. Now Yamapi has finished Ashita no Joe and … what am I talking about. There is no NEWS, there’s just Yamapi, my pet Goldfish. As a unit, these guys were just never meant to be. I will only change my opinion once I see choreography that’s coordinated/timed between them and/or a tv show that actually makes me think “they’re a group”. Soukon was not it. Sponsored by LAWSON, just so you know. I have a great idea. It’s not Toma’s thing but, SAVE MY GOLDFISH. Duet, prease!~

ARASHI so hot they just burned
Gets to much attention, period. Their tv shows aren’t the way it used to be, just like Kanjani’s. And I LOVE Arashi tv shows. The music? Not any better. It’s just that: I noticed they’re on tv A LOT in Japan while I was there. I guess Johnny went yepz, this is my cash cow, better churn out some more profit before the boys get too old. I always wondered about that, as a male celeb you’re once again one lucky bastard because there seems to be less of a downer on your vintage.

Kanjani8 on drugs times 100.
Went dead after Uchi went. I swear. The past years their tv shows have become boring because the members hyped up/ inflated their ‘characters’. It was already visible at the end of Honjani and it hasn’t stopped, it hasn’t stopped.

Tokio/KinKi Kids/V6/SMAP
They always remain to have hardcore fans, of which you never hear a word because they really keep to their fandom.

Juniors
I do keep noticing an influx of names when it comes to juniors. Sorry dawgs, other than an occasional “what a cute puppy” I’m passed the age of fandom on that one.

Even the hate meme is proceeding slowly these days. Are we losing to the kpoopers?

Ah, I see newshfan put a translated clip up of when Junpei talks about their get togethers. Must watch somewhere this week.

It seems YamaGoldfish had his party on april 12th? It sucks when your birthday is not actually on your birthday.

Read some translated repo’s of the filming of Ashita no Joe today. For some reason they always manage to freak me out. “Our shoulders brushed slightly… bliss”… I mean. Where do these folks come from? Probably the planet of Yamashita is the inventor of all good and true; doesn’t even need to use paper to wipe his ass. He’s that Godlike. XDD.

*grumbles* Can’t download the new scans of the mags yet because of my binary problems here.

Hey look at that, welcome to the 21st century Johnny’s. Oh well, at least we know they’re capable of registering domain names. Gee. Wonder if they’re good at using legal advice to threaten ppl who have already registered some names of their talents. *whistles* It wasn’t me. I’m a poor working girl. Of course it makes sense to go after your customers first.

My gawd, and it’s still going. All I have to say is, after reaching page 30-something everybody over the age of 23 went to bed because they had work. Hence … I am not understanding what the humour is posting 500 animated gifs pasted together? Must be a 12 year old thing. Oh well, *skipping*.

Around page 48 someone starts spamming Yamapi pics though. Where was the hate nao? Them #deadfisheyes sure makes em haturz silent!

Okay, so Tegoleon just returns because it was way too funny not to do it again.

The new hate meme is rolling, though I doubt it’ll make much speed this time.

  • I figured out I don’t even want to know what NYC boys are. I’m not 8 years old.
  • Arashi not very appealing to me because of fandom. But then again? I don’t like NEWS because of NEWS, I like it because of Yamapi and I like KAT-TUN because of Jin and Kame. Last possibly the only group I appreciate performance wise. Or should I go dig up Jun’s attempt at rockstar? Arashi can probably never count on my ~fandom~ because I thinks they need better lookin ones in the group. AH, thank God I can be shallow once in a while.
  • Jin gets “best of spanked” award again, and “How’s the eggplant hangin’?”.
  • Right there, the meme of supreme infatuation appeared. They never go passed page 2 do they? XD. Ack, the immediate response to the hate meme is just so sad and loserlike.

  • Oh look, someone who was brainwashed. The rest of us, if it ever gets that bad and it never will for this fandom, we go VPN! Geek girls rule, brainwashed fandom drools. Thanks to the hate meme, my notion is again confirmed that I really don’t like Arashi fandom.

  • I even liked this Fanvid, and my metal ears don’t do rap.
  • *hehehe* I had to plug the dentist song somewhere when someone mentioned orifices and hating Nino, I don’t know. Seemed like a good place for it. YES, THAT WAZ ME.
  • Just when you thought you’ve seen it all, someone requests pictures of Ueda Tatsuya’s armpit hair.
