Fashion do’s and don’t abroad

Just a small reminder if any Japanese girls are going abroad and want to avoid getting laughed at. I know you, I’ve seen you there, 9000km away. The drama is not far from reality, it might be just a little bit exaggerated, but I know you. Please, don’t do this:

Dress thingies that flail from the b00bs downwards. You’re not three years old ladies. It isn’t cute, it’s retarded. So is carrying a bag on the inside of your arm.

Plaided scottish things: as bad as it looks on men, it looks just as bad on you.

Hairdo’s on top of your head: we’re not visiting the zoo.

Skirts that flail: which century are you from?

Baggy overdress: while there’s nothing wrong with it at first sight, be ware that this is what fat girls wear on a low budget.

Honest to God, Keiko, Aibu, and the scottish dress girl, I hope they dress you gals better in the follow up eps. I couldn’t get used to it while I was visiting Japan, and I can’t get used to it when I’m watching drama. I want to see Japanese women in outfits I can take them seriously.
