Have you seen this on news_jpop? Firstly it made me laugh! Well done gals! <3 Secondly it sorta confirms my belief Japanophiles that are caucasian are generally…. mildly…. yeah. Even though some of them are full time and only listen to JPOP or JROCK or a combination of both, you can’t quite deny the style “even though sauced Naruto”, is quite alternative. Goth hair colors, alternative shawls, with a good component of bright and wacky. Aren’t we a fun bunch to hang out with?
I say yes! xD I saw enough when I went to the L’Arc concert and saw a couple of thousand of them together. It’s like a mildly borrowed metal/ rock / goth style that does not conform to the standard uniform color. lol. I think we’re going to see a larger influx of standard people in “Japanophilia land”. I mean, it’s not like it used to be. The only ones who could possibly find anything “J” were mostly rockers/metalheads etc. in the past. And that’s because those are the young people who knew the most about computers and the internet. I’m ‘of the old stamp’ already!
