Fun at arashi comms! *(again)*

Do you believe she studied “intellectual property law”?
I don’t. Or perhaps she got kicked out in a week when daddy’s funds ran dry. It’s the most hilarious thing I’ve read in a month. I’m still cracking up and it’s been 10 minutes since I started this post.

Then at the end of page 2 somewhere she’s lashing out to newshfan. What the hell? Jesus, where do they dig these people up?

As for the people enjoying fansubs and blaming the people that upload fansubs to Youtube that it’s getting harder to join communities: did someone hit you on the head? Fansubbers need to go back to what fansubbing once was: you do it for the love of the topic and you do it anonymously/untraceable pseudo if you dislike being traced (which doesn’t happen). If that conflicts with your sense of entitlement, I have no sympathy some individuals are breaking ‘your rules’ about something that is not yours to begin with. It is entitlement some fansubbers are after, because if they truly cared about the actual fansubbing they’d change the method of subbing and distribution. I’m not going to squeeze your tits ladies, but I also don’t think you’re going to need one extra pair of hands to do that. Subbing has always been appreciated and respected by the larger masses even when they did not squeek a thank-you every time. Nobody gains anything by turning on each other. We’re playing into their cards (the actual rights holders) if this continues.

*blink blink* I don’t know what it is these days, but it seems like the world has reversed itself around it’s own arsehole while whistling the theme of ♫ Twilight Zone ♫.

In any case, that was plain and simple rude to newshfan who, as far as I know, doesn’t have anything to do with the topic at all except being just about the only subber with the “balls” to do it in a different way. I don’t get the personal attack, honestly. All the more signs that as a community of fans we need to stop feeding their ego’s. They’ll only get worse and worse if we don’t. Yee have been warned for the 3rd time now.

I remember that company

The hate meme showed me an interesting post on the Arashi comms. I made a post about them more than a year ago. Perhaps even two years ago. Fangirls, to set the matter straight: this is merely a company hired to delete and suspend everything they can find on Youtube for JE. It was sending these messages two years ago, and it will continue to do so. To my knowledge nobody has died from receiving their letters, though account suspensions happen around the clock for the most ridiculous reasons. If you’ll read carefully, as a website I would have to receive their notice as well. It talks about right of portrait, something JE has always been very protective of. Each and every one of your livejournals and blogs would have to receive this message because every single one of you has violated this ‘rule’. They could just start deleting the entire intarweb if they were serious about their crusade. Let me help: uhm, just 78.000 more to go on this keyword alone. Stupid farts can’t even write an English cease and desist note. lol. Oh yeah, but they have English speaking fandom shaking in their boots, apparently we’re that dumb. Fandom: just stop suffering from mass hysteria, please?

As for the Jimusho: rip that contract with that company. Us retarded souls bring money in the cash register you wouldn’t have seen ever because that stuff would never leave your little “island”. What are you worrying about? 99% of Japan is not educated enough to have even a small grip of the English language as the sent note still shows. It is the ideal situation for them really. They’re getting fat on both sides of the globe without lifting a finger because fandom does it for them. What a waste of money, talk about mass hysteria and dumb ideas.

I remember I also pulled up Youtomb in that entry of mine that has been archived by now, that shows deleted videos. Many so called ‘rights holders’. An interesting on is of course “Association of computer software” for this query (wtf?).
