After watching that documentary I’m like: “Your life is insane!”. There must not have been a moment he actually felt “normal, normal”. Then I think: “My life is/ has been/ will be (I’m not sure) just as insane in the inverse or opposite sense”. Undoubtedly to escalate further as well; probably further off in the antagonistic direction (-_-) – because that’s what experience called for. Such are the teachings of Uranus; even if you face eternal rejection: you don’t budge and always try to have surprises up your sleeve.

And yea, Americans are about 10cm shorter than the avg. Dutch person so… this could be frightening for both Yamapi and myself. Howcome every guy I ever met now looks like a complete retard? Last person I thought that would get that done is Yamashita… Never much agreed with him much 5 years ago, but he’s truly getting it “alien-like” these days;) Confirms my thoughts though. *cries* It’s actually the first time I’m going to say: “That’s what I want the person to be like I will spend the rest of my life with”. There’s more to it than having a pretty face and he’s approaching that status. xD. I guess I have a good instinct for men after all.

*coughs* Okay, I shall return to the thirty years old that I am. Think I’ve been following his career for 6 going on 7 years now. All I can say is: ever since a year or two there has been a huge change in this man and I quite like it! I like the new Yamashita! The road to transformation is indeed no easy one, but then I think he’s still lucky he can take off as much time as he wants. I fear I had and have no such luxury, and looking at economic prospects it’s basically depressing. I wonder if the ‘haters’ realize what he must have been going through. Something that’s probably described as ‘cramped feeling, weight on chest’. Until you had that for months, perhaps years; it will be hard to understand.

I guess you hear something new every day.

“I want to get closer to nature” (= I want to get closer to my own nature). That’s not a new statement from Yamashita, now you know;)

In a sense I think my path was a little bit different; for a lot of reasons. Culturally of course, there’s a big difference. Next to that, I have always had this innate drive to just “go do what I like” and seek full authenticity in my life. In the past 2-3 years I’ve also come to realize a lot of people respect me for that and a lot of people also get very scared being confronted with me because I confront them with what they have left behind while I continue to persevere. It’s almost bizarre. The only thing is, which Yamashita probably will recognize himself, you always grow too fast before realizing the jacket truly doesn’t fit anymore. “Daite Senorita” when that one was a long time ago. To know exactly what’s going on doesn’t make you any less scared. That last thing is certainly an issue I need to work on myself. When quite a fearless woman starts to tell people that, you know this sh$t is serious.

I’m looking forward to “Ending planner”, truly wonder what kind of formula they’ll be going for xD. “It’s not morbid!”, he said. Depends on the definition haha. The topic fits quite nicely to the theme.

I like the long hair,  but, somehow I doubt he’s going to keep that for very long. xD.

I also see he’s been studying:) Still English? Hmm… not entirely I think. I see life sciences, mystical, chimerical. Perhaps not “right in the clouds” studies. But there’s more than the ‘earthy and realistic’. There’s something very spiritual about what he’s studying. So whatever it is, it has deep personal meaning. More words than that it will never give me, because that’s the limit. Unfortunate, but that’s the way it is.

I needed to smile in regards to the October 16th entry! Awesome technology! Yay. Except for my friend here in MSN going on about a rant on why google decides to auto-login with gmail with youtube. Soz, cuz the bastards bought it! LOL.

Ever since Jin left KAT-TUN (or by now dubbed KUNTT), I just knew Yamashita would follow. Perhaps not in his footsteps, but do the same thing, sure.

Yamashita finally becoming an “Einzelgänger”, this I gotta see! More power to you, I’ve always seen it in Yamashita. I knew he’d break away. The next question always is: “At what cost?” (No, not the one in Yen, I mean emotionally). Even though he has no need to be bothered and all, ~reserve wise absolutely no disaster ne~, those 2 liters of water was to wash away the 2 liters of booze the other night, wasn’t it? lol.

Meanwhile: I’ll go check out the wank explosion in fandom.

I say yes! xD I saw enough when I went to the L’Arc concert and saw a couple of thousand of them together. It’s like a mildly borrowed metal/ rock / goth style that does not conform to the standard uniform color. lol. I think we’re going to see a larger influx of standard people in “Japanophilia land”. I mean, it’s not like it used to be. The only ones who could possibly find anything “J” were mostly rockers/metalheads etc. in the past. And that’s because those are the young people who knew the most about computers and the internet. I’m ‘of the old stamp’ already!

So Johnny is getting stricter these days. Guys from the older groups were caught on cam too when they were younger (for way worse). Why is this one special? Times have changed indeed, to insanity and beyond. A reprimand would have been enough, or would you throw your 16 yr old kid on the street for lighting up? If the answer is no, it’s totally exaggerated and hypocritical. And when it comes to reputation damage when it comes to being a Johnny, hell, I’d think fangirls would prefer to see him light one instead of worse possibilities;)

True, of course I’m more tolerant because I light up myself. lol. I wouldn’t want to be 16 years old today. It sucks. Used to be much more fun. Morimoto-kun, this ones for you xD.

On the other hand, being a wee-bit older than most fans, you’d be best off taking that with a grain of salt. If he does go solo, it’ll be in a delayed execution mode. One that may have already started. Heck, it’s the way I would do it, specifically when things are ‘tender and painful’ because of Jin leaving. It’s going to be more difficult for the next one to come along to ask for ‘public forgiveness’. A matter of true diplomacy and tact if you ask me. One that probably can only be solved by “silent death”. Do not speak of it, let it slowly appear over time.

Some say it won’t happen because Jin had his heart set on the US, Yamapi has no such desires. Agreed, though solo is solo. Whether that happens in Asia, in Japan or in Timbuktoe. Even if Yamapi does have such desires, would Johnny-san be as retarded to let another cash cow go? Of course not. Perhaps the better question is: can you escape the jimusho at all in the home market? So I reckon: you keep the lie of doing it both until one of the two indeed dies a silent death or outlives it’s use. Right now, like I’ve said countless times, they’re trying desperately to keep a lid on pandora’s box. It all depends on how big Yamapi’s own desire is to pursue solo activities and whether that leaves room for NEWS. Or in case of Johnny-san: how well he has the thumb screws on him or can butter him up if he does. What’s the best balancing act with an “Ace” in a game of Black Jack? That card means you’re comfortable enough to gamble, ne. The only challenge left is the “PR” not going bad. Let’s see how the cards are played. Time will tell. Seeing as Yamapi himself already said “he won’t betray NEWS”: “impossible is nothing”, but personally I don’t expect a blowout like Jin’s.

Rumour has it, “Yamashita is leaving NEWS and following into his friends footsteps;) ;)”

It’s overdue about 2 years. I like NEWS but really, if there’s one group that can be broken up it’s this one. Unlike KAT-TUN (I still did not get over it, Jinny-boy).

Besides that, mah YamaGoldfish has been pretty darn quiet again. An entry here and there but nothing like it used to be.

Not so surprisingly, I have difficulties with the word ‘accept’, though I do search long and hard for causes of trouble don’t I? Eventually when the cause of a problem is known, you’ll never have to accept again. Not from yourself or anyone else. I think the one thing I’m genuinely positive about in this life is aging; because age is my power in my case. Age is stability. Age is knowing. What you get to know might not be pretty, but it certainly has the ability to make life less complicated. What a bloody shame it always takes so long to age and you forget to live.

Eventually Yamashita’s way of thinking is totally opposite of mine. Because I know, as soon as I ‘accept’ a problem occurred I no longer have the energy to fix it. There are merits in both, but there are only few who can maintain a positive outlook on fixing something that has gone wrong. The thing I’d like to have the answer most to is: does that kind of approach also mean that once you’ve solved the problem you’re proud of yourself? I might have confidence, but my rather dry practical and anger-driven approach always prevents me from feeling joy or pride after having fixed a problem. Asin: “Good, it’s gone. Was that really necessary?” Asin: “Thanks, I just aged 5 years in 1 and it was too much in that short time span, really”.

Whatever the case, hardship will make you stronger, no matter how you face it as long as you face it. Without judging; but any force applied to a force that’s in your way or bothering you – no matter how subtle or explosive – the energy to do that is always from not accepting the way things are or they would stay like that forever. Funny enough, that’s what I thought in my car listening to this song.
