It is really funny watching Jdrama from your Tokyo hotel room. It’s weird. lol. I’m watching Sunao ni Narenakute because I liked Eita with Toma in VOICE. To my great surprise, I saw another familiar face! Hero Jaejoong. So he’s made his acting debut now. Think I’m going to keep following this when I get back home too. The hotel tv only has 10 channels or so, barely have it on.
Mom usually comes to chat at 9:30pm Tokyo time to see how I’m doing. It seems dad’s still worried haha. It’s funny, my mom is more like an advanced worry person but it’s always my dad that has the most trouble when I’m actually gone. Wouldn’t be surprised it will be the case. ^o^ I taught my parents how to use msn before I left. Someday I’m going to regret this, but not now XD.
Oh! My cheeks are already burnt to a crisp “pink”. I use sun screen strength / factor 50 and it still happens. 50 latitude is obviously not 33 latitude. I have a gift from the land of the rising sun still on my face from 2007. A small pigment spot appeared underneath my eye after my holiday. Never disappeared. So this time, I come with major sun block.
I think I might go out into the city once or twice at night during my stay, but I’m really not the type to go clubbing~. Completely alone, I also wouldn’t feel very comfortable doing that. Just like home: ass bored and nao I can’t even drink myself to shit because I have to remember to get to the hotel. Back home we call this “filling up the hump”. Like a camel. You go out, gawk at he monkeys, drink too much and then you’re good to go for another couple months. Besides? Most guys that have even the courage to come up to me while I’m out are either closing in on retirement, even more drunk than I am or simply gay. Yes, you heard me: gay. I remember one evening in a Belgian club and a gay man asked my phone number, said it was because ‘he liked my ass’. Um… no thanks BYE.
