You don’t want to know what kind of hours went into the development of this theme, but it’s all gotta be well worth it in the end. The only site I want to keep changing the layout for is this one, alternate-reality.net. The other ones I have should carry themselves for years without ever changing the layout.
I just have to tell you guys what I’ve built into this puppy, it’s the most technically advanced theme I’ve built yet. Includes nearly all the features WP 3.x has and more! All in due time!
If you see the left part under the logo, that’s more of my unreleased graphic works. I decided to make wallpapers out of tarot cards a long time ago. I think I made about 10 of them. What you see might actually not make much sense to you, except that I hope they’re visually attractive. It’s sort of a free association psychological type thing. Usually generates some interesting results. When the new site is finished, I’m uploading the 10 I made.
I want to live *in* the internets, it’s the best thing that ever happened to me. Creatively, spiritually, intellectually. Oh and of course the pretty asian boys and endless entertainment. Whenever I see “login?” I say “I do” (all teary eyed). I got a bad deal making IT my profession, but out here on the internets: it’s awesome!
Now if you’ll excuse me, I’m going to have some BBQ and mope and whine at the clock that I have to go to work tomorrow and do some more geek stuff for my technocats. The honest to god answer: if I didn’t need money I could for eternity live without a job without getting bored. Somehow around 50 hours of my time and a lifetime of dependency on that same system is already enough to drive me completely insane. I also feel like I’m never going to get “away” from that system because after 50 hours of prison time I’d like to do something I fully enjoy by doing it exactly my way. *giggles* Well, that’s another talented life wasted for nothing.
Perhaps I should do some braindead job that never has an outlook on something and maybe then I can get it together to do stuff I don’t really like either to become more independent from the system. I feel like I’m a walking stereotype talking “the system”, but it is what it is – it makes me sick. The older I get, the sicker I get from it really.
Crock! So pissed off I’m missing another five hours until next weekend so I can finish this.
