I love bento!

I like a lot of things today, ne. Following photo’s feature some stuff I’ve brought from Japan. I saw the bento box in the Tokyo National Museum. I just had to have it. Not just any either, that one. Including the matching chopsticks. I will need to learn how to make bento’s like this. Unfortunately the one I bought is pretty tiny. lol.

I also have more of those tea cups in different colors. Found them at the airport xD.

The green packages are some uh ‘tea flavored chocolates’. Bought that at the airport as well, a woman let me taste it – not half bad so I took some. Food comes in colors and in particular textures we don’t generally eat here. So I took a lot of those home, for shoxx.

Also there’s a cold soup and a pasta I made when I just returned. *burp* Nope, still not starving but I’m not gaining weight either. Japanese diet, the best there is.

I love driving!

Ok, not when I have to go up North in aweful traffic jams but today while I was driving back from my friend’s belated birthday party it was really good :D The weather was really nice and there’s TREES, so many trees. XD. It’s funny how you come home after such a vacation and see your surroundings differently. Really, where I live it’s good living if you strike a lot of the h00mins. You might have to drive to your nearest supermarket, but it looks so neat just basking in the sun. Soon it will be BBQ time! I’m not particularly fond of summer because it’s hot n sticky, computer gets too warm, the mouse sticks to my hand, my ass sticks to the chair and more of this aweful stuff but BBQ! It’s the magic word. I read that last part again and thought I should get out more. On the other hand, I know everything here. It’s not like you go stand in the sun someplace and go: “Yep, seen this a dozen times before” to yourself.
