Metal with a slight Japanese … thing

Mar

2010

Usually I end up throwing 19 out of 20 bands because the vocals just suck beyond belief. I’m not the type that needs clean vocals constantly, I prefer a mixture. Mostly it’s a bit too much to ask to do both at the same time but I’m good if they get one of the two right. *sighs* There just aren’t a lot of good vocalists around *grieves the late Mercenary*. Persefone, as this band is called, has mediocre vocals. Nothing too exciting, but not too annoying. It’s musically still mildly too chaotic for my taste, but at least it holds my attention. Can’t say that too often.

Certainly a band to keep an eye on, from far and away Andorra. lol. That’s new, usually nothing non-Scandinavian catches my attention.
