Self amused, plus plus?

A quote from here [Seventeen].

With work, I’m not very good at maintaining a balance between multiple things. I’m the type that focuses on one thing. It’s something I’d like to change. My feelings are always 100%, but there are probably areas I’m lacking in that I’m unaware of. I don’t want to be mediocre. To be honest, when I want to focus on a drama, there are days when I think, “It’s difficult to write in my J-web diary today…”

Somehow when I read this I thought “it’s all in the self amusement“. Only shortly followed by “this man needs to have more geek in his life“. He sees so many things and people in a day so I find this difficult thing so hard to believe. You see, there’s always that time in every day where you want to blurt something out and you hold it in, chuckling it into your fist. That’s the moment you need to remember. Then later on, you write a spazztastic entry about it. Quite frankly the busier I am at work/ more pressure the funnier my blog gets… My friends know it’s a sign of strain. It’s a way of processing for me.

It’s like he doesn’t enjoy having to write jweb sometimes ne. Perhaps he sometimes lacks the confidence he needs to make people smile? Granted, I don’t always understand his sense of humour (partly the language barrier). The other part because it’s rather “English Dry” and self contained. lol. The “niku” joke STILL HAUNTS ME. Nightmares I had. lol.

It’s no good to be Jack, thought we established that. Jack is always amused but never for too long. Having a browser popup once in a while isn’t all too bad.
