I know I’ve compared Johnny’s kissing scenes to some strange things. Like “how to kiss a rubber glove” or “a brillo pad”. Today an image leaked out of Yamashita’s kissing scene in Buzzer Beat. My opinion is once again shared by fandom when I say “it’s like kissing the toilet seat”. Sometimes I wonder if they’re contractually inclined to do it in this manner. lol.
Boy oh boy, do hope he doesn’t kiss like that in real life. If he wants to come prove it, any time will be good except 3pm in the afternoon or 3am at night. Oh right, that was only for people that want to ask me the time in English.
Well let’s not be too early for the conclusion, still images don’t really say much! The CM was too short.
The kiss scene actually turned me off.
However, everything else about the CM was good and fulfilled it’s main purpose: getting me hyped for the drama. =)
Umm, well if I weren’t a fangirl I could be completely unbiased but I am. *jealous* Even if it’s a Goldfish Chu, I’d like to have one. You know, one of those. Har har har! (I just made a funny again).
Maa, I can only imagine myself being deeply in love with Yamafishface again, even if it’s not his best performance, his best chance, his big break, I don’t care. As long as it’s the kind of thing that makes me grin and want to pull his Spock ears I’m good. It’s what I enjoy best after all!
… the kiss scene is going to have me cringing as usual. I just wish we’d get to see JE boys kiss normally for once :/
For all we know…there’s a clause in their contract saying that they can’t kiss open-mouth on-screen. Just like they probably have clauses saying they aren’t to injure their faces in fights or openly have girlfriends.
The rest of the cm makes me think the drama is more romance than Bball, which is a good thing I guess.
*scrapes throat* Much to Yamashita’s dislike I’d be more than happy to rough someone up. But who are we kiddin’ if anyone has me watchin over their backs there’s no way nobody will try some’in.
I do wonder how much of that drama is about the sport and how much is about the romance. I guess that’s the biggest challenge in making such a drama.
The best kiss scenes that i’ve seen til now was in Goong (kdrama) and Time between dog and wolf (kdrama).
