The yummiest lunch ever!

Do I have a recipe for you! It’s the yummiest lunch I had in forever! Here’s the ingredient list:

* I don’t think Fricandeau is a very international thing now that I looked on google for it. Though it says in the States it is “tenderloin”. We also put slices of it on bread though. In any case, the Dutch wiki shows a Fricandeau ‘hamburger’ (USA) that is large enough to feed half of Africa. haha.

Sprinkle the thinly sliced avocado with lemon juice (add salt, pepper). You put the tuna salad on the wrap. Then the avocado, fricandeau, spring onion, rocket. Drip some olive oil over the rocket and roll it up. Put some oil on the outside of the tortilla wrap and then grill in a grillpan.
