Lies and the lying liars

Yesterday’s jweb was interesting, for tomapi fans! lol. I wonder what happened. He doesn’t like to lie, so he says. After about 10 years I can honestly say you’ll have to get used to it. If you don’t lie you’ll become an element that needs to be removed. Want an example? Speaking truth is something for people that have maneuvered themselves in a position where they can. This is why I don’t think all lying is bad and harmful in all cases, other than the fact that it’s poisoning yourself (a self sacrifice for the greater good). That’s okay if you do it for someone you love, it’s not okay when that sacrifice is a one way street. In any case, my two friends, I’ve never had to lie to either of them and I don’t think they had to lie to me too. Perhaps why our friendship lasted so long. I somehow prefer very honest relations of those relations I choose instead of those that are forced upon me. For me it’s likely I will disappear into thin air if I had a friend whom I needed to lie to endlessly, even when it’s trying to protect them from something. Since I’m hypersensitive to others with a nice hard shell around myself, there’s nothing that drains my energy more than lying and being lied to for whichever cause. Complicated things have simple solutions, simple things often turn out to be really complicated. Maa~ the difference between the good lies and the bad lies is simply this: even without telling the truth all the time you still can stand up for what you believe in.

I think I get him on this issue, though I’m pretty sure my choices would probably differ.
